What is Cardio Tennis?

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give you the ultimate, high energy workout. Small groups of 8 are taught by an LTA Qualified Tennis coach. All ages and abilities are catered for. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout and cool down phases.
All participants are advised heart rate monitors so bring your own or hire one from us at £2/session.
There are programs and drills geared for existing players to get a great cardio workout while improving skill.
You can book as a group and the coach will design the 1 hour session to suit your ability and fitness level
