Julian has over 20 years experience as a full time coach. He is responsible for coaching adults and performance and the development of junior players who wish to play competitively, improve their ratings and are involved in regular matches.

A number of the experienced Juniors who show potential to be future coaches or are just good at the job are used as helpers to the coaches to ensure pupil/teacher ratio is optimised in the courses and also provide service as 'hitters' to players who want to practice.
